Frequently Asked Questions
Do we still need a server, or should we move to the cloud?
Honestly — it depends, and we’ll tell you straight. Many of our clients run a hybrid setup: Microsoft 365 in the cloud, with an on-premises server for the workloads that need it. Because we deliver both, our recommendation is based on your situation, not our margin.
Can you support a server another company installed?
Yes. We regularly take over existing environments — we’ll run an IT systems health check, document what’s there, fix the risky bits and manage it going forward.
What happens when our server goes out of warranty?
We can extend its life with genuine spare parts and support arrangements, or plan a controlled replacement before it fails at the worst possible moment.
