What Is Co-Managed It Services?

PRICING

IT Support Pricing Brisbane

No mystery invoices and no lock-in surprises — Bridge IT publishes its rates. One managed bundle from $100 per user per month, ad-hoc support at $175 per hour, and every managed client backed by our published service level agreement: urgent issues get phone or remote support within 2 hours, non-critical within 4. All prices ex GST.

THE BUNDLE

One Plan, Everything Managed

Rather than selling security piece by piece, we bundle the full stack into one per-user price — the same protection for every client, from solicitors and financial planners to trades businesses.

Managed IT Bundle

From $100 / user / month

Every user gets the complete stack:

Computer & Device Management — proactive 24/7 monitoring and management, maintenance, updates and patching, with purpose-built scripts that fix errors the moment they appear.
Antivirus — Threatdown for computers, servers & mobiles — fully managed: we step in the moment an issue is detected, and you’re notified when action is needed.
Microsoft 365 Backup by Dropsuite — backups 6–12 times a day across Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Contacts, Calendars and Groups, retained 7 years (adjustable to 11) with unlimited storage. Details.
Microsoft Suite Security by CheckPoint / Avanan — AI-driven protection across Email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams; 400+ indicators assessed per email, suspicious messages blocked before anyone can click. Details.
Ad-Hoc Support – Pay As You Need – With dedicated help desk & portal — the same team that runs your stack answers your calls.

1-year commitment due to software requirements. Microsoft 365 licences are quoted alongside your plan at the tier that fits your business.

Why “from”? Because the price follows the work, not the headcount. A straightforward setup — cloud apps, modern devices, no servers — sits right at $100. What moves the number is complexity: servers, compliance obligations, legacy systems. If that sounds like you, the free discovery call is the perfect place to discuss this.

HOURLY WORK

Ad-Hoc IT Support

Ad-Hoc IT Support

$175 / hour

Pay-as-you-go help with no contract — ideal for one-off problems, projects and second opinions. Billed for the time your issue actually takes. Also the rate for work outside a managed plan: projects, on-site visits and structured training.

WHY BUNDLE?

Defence in Depth — Why the Stack Works as a Stack

No single product stops everything — and any vendor who tells you otherwise is selling something. Modern attacks come in layers, so the defence has to match: monitoring keeps machines patched so known holes close quickly; antivirus catches the malware that slips through; email security stops phishing before anyone can click it; and backup is the layer that saves the day if everything else is beaten. Each layer in the bundle exists to catch what the one before it missed.

It’s also why we bundle rather than sell pieces. When the same team runs your monitoring, antivirus, email security and backup, there are no gaps between vendors and no finger-pointing between suppliers — the alert, the investigation and the fix all sit in one place. Bundling also lets us manage per-device and per-user pricing as one package, which consistently works out cheaper than buying the parts separately.

Layers, not silver bullets — every tool covers another tool’s blind spot.

One accountable team — no vendor gaps, no finger-pointing, one place to call.

Evidence, not assurances — a documented stack is your best answer to insurers, regulators and clients.

The defensibility test

If the worst happens, the question you’ll be asked — by your cyber insurer, by regulators under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, and by your own clients — is simple: what reasonable steps were you taking? A professionally managed stack answers it: endpoints protected and monitored, email filtered, backups running and restorable, and a support history proving all of it. That’s the difference between an incident you recover from and one you have to defend.

THE FINE PRINT

Inclusions & Exclusions

Your bundle covers what keeps your systems running, secure and monitored — the inclusions are listed above. To avoid surprises, here’s what sits outside the bundle and is quoted or billed at our standard hourly rate:

  1. “Add, move, change” (AMC) work — new hardware or software, relocations, and configuration changes are billed hourly. Minor changes (a new user, a new email address) are simply part of the plan.
  2. On-site visits — plans are remote-first, which keeps them affordable; on-site attendance is normally billed at the hourly rate.
  3. Data migration & data recovery projects — quoted as fixed-fee projects before we start, never lumped into the monthly fee.
  4. Structured training — quick tips and advice are always free; booked training sessions are billed hourly.
  5. Legacy systems — outdated or unsupported software and hardware may be excluded at our discretion.

Plans also don’t cover: equipment we don’t manage; issues caused by unauthorised changes, non-recommended use, or maintenance we were prevented from performing; product warranties (these remain with the vendor — we coordinate claims on your behalf); hardware purchased elsewhere (the supplier’s terms apply); consequential loss of profit; and operating-system upgrades for out-of-date workstations, which are charged subject to the hardware’s age and condition. Out-of-warranty mission-critical devices such as servers and backup appliances are renewed immediately — we sell all major vendors’ warranties.

Service hours: Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00; all other hours and public holidays are outside-hours. Fair use: plans are sized on average client usage — if your usage is materially and persistently excessive, we’ll talk to you first about adjusting your plan before any extra charges apply. Project work outside an agreed scope is always quoted separately.
